CRM systems are designed to manage information on customers on different channels in order to contact between the customer and the company which include the website, mail, marketing and social media. CRM can also give staff detailed information on customers’ personal information, purchase history, buying preferences and concerns.
The main purpose of using CRM is managing company’s relationships and interactions with clients and customers. It improve customers profitability.
Customer Relationship Management provides good organisational relationships with individual people like customers, service users and suppliers. CRM is not only used for sales also customer services and supply-chain management.
